ReCoupe is built privacy-first. The app does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any server. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no account system, no analytics, and no third-party tracking.
This Privacy Policy explains how ReCoupe ("the app," "we," "us"), published by busybody life inc., handles your information. By using ReCoupe, you agree to this policy.
We do not collect any personal data. ReCoupe has no backend servers, no user accounts, and no login. Information you enter into the app — including your delivery date, delivery type, feeding method, daily check-ins, mood screening (EPDS) responses, and reading progress — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else.
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifiers, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits (SDKs).
All data you enter is saved locally on your device using your device's standard on-device storage. It does not sync to the cloud, and it is not backed up to our systems because we do not operate any. If you delete the app, the data it stored on your device is removed with it.
ReCoupe is a postpartum recovery companion, so some of what you record — such as mood screening scores and symptom check-ins — is personal and sensitive. Because this information never leaves your device, we never see it, store it, or share it. ReCoupe does not use Apple HealthKit and does not read from or write to any health database.
ReCoupe offers an auto-renewable subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details, credit card number, or Apple ID. Apple's handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties, because we do not collect it in the first place. The app does not embed third-party advertising networks or data brokers. The only third party involved is Apple, solely to process subscription payments as described above.
ReCoupe is intended for adults — specifically new and expecting mothers — and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
If you email us at the address below, we will receive the information you choose to include in your message (such as your email address and anything you write). We use it only to respond to you and do not add it to any marketing list. We have no other way of contacting you.
Because your data lives only on your device, you are in full control of it. You can clear all of your information at any time using the "Reset app" option in the app's Settings, or by deleting the app entirely.
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
